Reservation Policy

Spa Reservations

We Recommend making spa reservations for treatments and services at least two to three weeks in advance to allow your desired appointment time. For your convenience, we also recommend that our guests schedule their next appointment prior to leaving the spa.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify the spa at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Full value of the service will be charged for all cancellations of less than 24 hours notice, including gift certificates. Visa, Mastercard, or American Express account numbers will be noted for appointments of three or more persons.
