Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. Dress comfortably. No jewelry please.
Health Concerns
Sudden temperature changes can be stressful to the body. If you are pregnant or have chronic health concerns, please contact your health care provider before using our amenities. Please advise us of skin challenges or injury prior to treatment. We strongly encourage water consumption at all times during steam and sauna rituals. As a courtesy to other clients, speak softly and turn off cell phones and pagers upon arrival. Bring swim wear for steam and sauna use, and "open toed" sandals for pedicure treatments.

- The spa is a non-smoking, environment friendly facility.
- Prices do not include gratuity. For your convenience, gratuity envelopes are provided at the reception desk.
- Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the spa without appointment.

Alcohol Use
The consumption of alcoholic beverages, either before or during use of the facilities of Serenity Day Spa is strongly discouraged as it may cause low blood sugar, and chronic health conditions. It may impair judgement and/or cause loss of consciousness and is contra indicative to our therapies.
